Do you release drops or limited editions?
No, and we never will. Solivo is a permanent line: classic cuts in one palette. When a piece enters the line, it stays. If we add a color, it is here for good.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within a few business days and typically arrive 4 to 12 business days after ordering, depending on your region. Shipping is free on orders over $60.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery on unworn pieces with the hygiene liner intact and tags attached. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Full details on the shipping and returns page.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, size exchanges are free. Reply to your order confirmation with your order number and the size you need.
How do the sizes run?
True to size. If you are between sizes, take the smaller for a secure fit or the larger for ease. Measurements are on the size guide.
How should I care for my suit?
Rinse in cold fresh water after every swim. Hand wash cold, dry flat in the shade. Keep away from rough surfaces and hot tubs.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards plus the express options shown at checkout, including Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?
Reply to your order confirmation as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not shipped yet we can usually fix it.
